I tried a few on yesterday because it is beginning to get chilly (a little). I worked out in a cotton shirt the day before and it got a little cold after sweat collected in the shirt.
I already wear compression shorts. But the thing is, the material slides over itself. Why is that a problem? Tucked elbows.
The shirts felt so different that I tried to see what it felt like to bring elbows in close. The shirt seemed to 'slide' too much. I want to get some shirts to wick sweat away, but I don't want to play with the comfort zone on my BP work.
Does anyone who tucks elbows wear a compresion tee? Do you notice that wearing one gets in the way of your normal motion?

compression shirts and benching

But probably should be, "but everybody can't lift no heavy ass weight!"

I use both the exoforce bodygrip t shirt and the compression shirt at the same time. The bodygrip helps me stay tight on the bench and the compression shirt helps my shoulders feel stable when i bench and at 38 i need all the stability I can get and guess what i made my life long goal of a 400 pound bench press with the compression shirt on. We can still wear shorts and shorts sleeves down in the south...
I've never had any problem with that when benching, it sounds like a minor issue you're focusing on, just let it go.I know of no more encouraging fact than the unquestionable ability of man to elevate his life by conscious endeavor. -- Thoreau

Not here, but I have one somewhere else. U mad?
BRB updating it cause I haven't in awhile.
Also, I'm over 6' and fat as ****. Not very strong either. Working on both of those.
TBH, I don't know. I think it was some failed experiment that they stopped doing in early 2008, but never took off the profiles.Last edited by bigrig5656; 05-21-2010 at 03:20 AM.

Obviously I don't see any reason to log back in to this post after this. Muscle head(steroid user) "just lift" dude and so I used "your" instead of "you're" people are simply IDIOTS. I asked for advice not lectures or grammar corrections. I don't sit here and brag on anything. I just simply asked a question. Why are yall like that? Seriously???? Type what you want now- I'll never read it. Just Chill! Good luck to you all in life. Your, You're, You are gonna need it.
