At 189 pounds I'd start with 2 drive 2 RPM and see how it feels.

I plan on being around 180 when I use it so I will start with 2rpm 2 drive and go from there

I'm 200 and use 4 caps of Drive a day (2 doses of 2) and 3 RPM pre work out. If I were you I'd go 4 drive 2 RPM and assess your tolerance to RPM. If you get low energy results from 2...bump it to 3 and go from there. 4 Drive is a good number though unless you are really light

I'm doing 6 caps of Drive a day (split into 2 dosages of 3 caps) and 4-5 caps of RPM pre workout depending on how I'm feeling.

I tried going to 2 rpm today for legs, and was enough to wake me up, but not like working out with 3
Of course, I dont know what drive is going to do for this, so Id prolly start with 2+2 and go from there.
