Could some people post up some weight gainer shake recipes. I am looking for a post-workout weight gainer shake to replace my current whey shake that i have post-workout. I only want the shake to use up one scoop of whey. Thanx for any help.

for post workout stick to whey and dex/malto
for a weight gainer
16oz milk
1 scoop protien
1 banana (optional)
2 tablespoons flax (or peanutbutter, or mix em)
1/4-1/2 cup raw oats (found that rolled oats softem up faster and go down easier)
play around with it for how many calories you want to take in. i like more protien and less carbs, id do 2-3 scoops protien and 1/4 cup oatsfreedom comes from confronting the source
