I have tried several appetite suppressants from the drug store but nothing ever worked. Do you know of any that really work? If the pills don’t work what about some kind of drink that could make me feel not hungry?

15min maybe breaks down pretty quick and as far as how long it will be effecting you guess depends how long been since you ate and prob lasts several hours~ prob have to just try it few times and get a feel for how you handle it.Originally Posted by jim1174
