I just woke up and got morning wood....didnt have time to wait...
I really really liked AdipoKinetix. I got really really damn good energy. I also actually felt a strong thermo effect with it. I cant believe I was dumb enough to try 9 caps in a day lol. I misread the label and mega-dosed it. Even in doing so, the bottle lasted me over 30 days. This is what my dosing looked at towards the end of the bottle....
1 cap at 5:50 am
1 cap at 7 am
1 cap at 10 am
2 caps at 12 pm
1 cap at 3 pm
This works really well in the fact that I get a constant flow of energy. I dont like to take Caffeine 4-6 hours before bed, so I took one at 3pm. I go to bed around 9 or so, but I also take RPM at 4 pm on workout days.
Overall I loved it and im thankful that FORGE sent me a bottle to log. I will definitly buy a bottle of my own on my next cut!
