    Is cardio necessary when bulking?

    Hi, I'm one of those people that tends to gain fat pretty easily. I'm at about 12-13% BF now and I was wondering if doing cardio is necessary while bulking, and if it is, then how much cardio are we talkin?

    Do some HIIT cardio twice per week while bulking. It's important for general health purposes.

    Just be sure that you're consuming sufficient calories and you will be fine.

    IMO a couple of sessions a week when bulking is a great addition.

    Keep your heart ticking along and help endurance.



    Like Bignbuff said, add in more calories to compensate.
