    I'm scared. 8500 calories per day.

    I just did a calculation and found that I eat 8500 calories on workout days.

    I'm 6'1" and about 190 and gaining nicely. However, I fear for my health.

    I don't know if there is anything to worry about, but if it makes you feel better, Michael Phelps, the olympic swimmer, eats around 12,000 calories a day.

    i honestly don't believe you could eat that much protein and still have room for other food. unless all you do is eat peanut butter and 6 weight gainer shakes a day.

    i eat 3lbs of meat a day, that only gets me to about 400g of protein.
