I have been reading as much as possible on proteins.
I have come to the conclusion that I should add Egg to my stack.
The question that I have is I workout first thing in the morning and am currently taking a double Whey with milk and oatmeal about 1/2 hour pre-workout, and whey a couple times thru the day.
How should I include the Egg in the mix??
I have thought about 50/50 whey and egg pre/post workout and whey thru the day.
Am I on the right track?

use pure whey when you first wake up and right after your workout. all other shakes throughout the day can be mixed 50 50
