I've been doing a bit of reading (it's a bit slow here at work) and have seen quite a few articles on HMB, as well as seeing it mentioned in the supplements section of some of my lifting books.
I know what it is and what it does, and if it's as beneficial and effective as I've heard, I'm wondering why I don't hear more talk of it on here? I realize that some of the reason behind it may be that it's currently not a bandwagon for people to hop on to like CL stacks (not that CL makes bad products, it's good stuff IMO).
