Standing barbell curl 15x12x8 8x12x15
Tricep Extension (over head) 15x50lbs 12x30lbs 8x25lbs and back up again
Ez Bar Curl Wide Superset 45lbs each side. 5x5x5x5x5
Skull Crushers 15x12x8x8
Hammer curls 15x12x8 back up
Tricep Kickbacks 15x12x8 back up
This is my arm workout for the time being...as im roughly new to trying to getting into shape
Any Feed back or tips will be greatly Appreciated
