    can anyone give me some fun unique exercises

    7 years now i've been lifing and havent changed much as far as my exercises go. some of what i do are the basics db pec fly, db curl, barbell curl, scull crushers, pull ups, bench, squat, a couple diffrent leg exstention lifts, Im just wondering if theres any other fun ways to get a insane workout. Any exercise out there that is a great, fun unique kind of workout?

    Lower body - Old School Hack Squat (BB behind your back) for 8-12 super setted with walking DB lunges for 8-12 steps per leg.

    Upper body- Seated DB shoulder press for 8-12 super setted with push presses for 4-6 reps

    Upper body- Dips super setted with chins for 100 reps total each
