7 years now i've been lifing and havent changed much as far as my exercises go. some of what i do are the basics db pec fly, db curl, barbell curl, scull crushers, pull ups, bench, squat, a couple diffrent leg exstention lifts, Im just wondering if theres any other fun ways to get a insane workout. Any exercise out there that is a great, fun unique kind of workout?
