What do you think is the amount of protein one should take in for maximum gains?
A lot of people say 1g/lb. is the standard, but a lot of people also say that they have hit a plateau until they upped that figure.

Anywhere between 1 and 2. I strive for the most I can get, but to actually dedicate myself to a routine in which I count each and every last gram of protein just won't happen.
I have five to six meals a day, so I try to consume about 20 grams of protein per meal, and then I have a 45 gram protein shake post-work out. I weigh 132 lbs. Then again, maybe that's why I'm not gaining weight as quickly as I'd like. Heheheh.Randy "Fury Dragon"
