    syntrax swole v2 log

    today i got a jug on my doorstep, and i will start off telling you all that i have used v12 multiple times with little luck, but a great taste, and satur8 with increased endourance. No NO product or cell volumizer gives me pumps, sicne i keep my reps low (around 6 per set)

    my routine is a daily lift that focuses on just one muscle, this may seem like overtraining to some but i ahve increased my strength regularily so ill stick with it, also i hate off days cuz i love to lift for fun, i also play basketball for a semi cardio wrkout regularily

    first impression, good taste, not as good as satur8 and v12, but the tangy fruit punch is delicious none the less, i noticed more confidnece (placebo since its my first day), and even though im sick i kept all my weights up doing a bicep/tricep hour long workout, this may or may not have to do with swole v2 as i just started it, i will keep u all posted daily, and i expect good things from this product after reading up on it


    other supplements: ON 100% Whey, powerbar protein plus, tribulus 625 by ON (helps with sperm loads)

    day 2: i did a badass chest workout with only dumbells, (fla, incline, decline, and flys)

    i upped my reps to 8, and got the same pump i woudl usually get with 11 or 12 reps, as i always find more reps equals a pump

    no strenght gans on day 2, but the pump is that of satur8 by day 2, overall it seems impressive so far, but not until later dates will i be able to recomend it 100% fully

    shoulders today, at 4x6 with 50 pound dumbells i kept that consistent and the rest of my lifts remained the same both using freeweights and machines, so i would say as of now nothing overly spectacular, however its only day 3 so who knows as of now

    sory the last 2 days i ahvent kept u updated, but u didnt miss anything, i got in a small car accident on the way to working out thursday, and friday we went to court for it, anyway im fine, the crazy bitch i hit was fine, and i hate missing workouts, but itll make me work extra hard

    weight went from 170 to 172 and my diet has remained the same, so this stuff is impressive as its been almost a week, i also find it makes you feel non fatigued, and make you want to keep going, and working harder (because of the endurance effects

    note : im 5'11

    i really wanna post some crazy results, but no creatine has delivered that for me, however, i woud rate this so far tied with satur8, as both give me an endurance effect, and both are a good buy.

    Im defienetely gunna keep this stuff around, as it seems easier to get my reps in, and it makes it feel like i an keep on going, rather than an overtraining feeling.

    i dont think im gunna keep a "workout log" with this anymore, as i always see workout logs, and they are just post after post of, well it might be placebo, or i stayed about the same

    my stats still remain the same, however, i love the energy and endurance

    i would have to say as far as gaining huge amounts of mass go, creatine wont do the trick, no matter what brand

    i have to say the legs do get a pretty good pump during cardio, and the anti fatigue/ endurane factor is even more noticable when taken before a moderate paced run

    im really finding this to be just as important of a sup for endurance athletes as it is for power athletes, as when i play basketball (varsity level) i feel more energetic and it gaurds from overtraining, i can keep on going!
