    diet on non-training days

    hey - diet seems to be going fine, and tracking it on fitday. i was wondering if i should keep the cals and carbs up on non training days or lower carbs and cals?

    Definitely keep it the same..... your cals are already on the low side so you definitely don't want them any lower. A lot of recovery and repair takes place on rest days so you still need cals and carbs
