Hey im 15 years old now. Back when i started i was a stick, i was like 5 6 or 5 7 and like 105 lbs. now im 5 8 and like 140 or 145. i have 12.5" arms, 37" chest, 21" legs. do you think that my weight is good for my height and age? also what about my stats? i have been lifting for roughly 10 months. My dad is like 6 1 so i hope i will put on weight in height and muscle when i grow taller. Will this happen?
Roughly how long will it take me to be up around 200-220 lbs?
