    i have made progress

    Hey im 15 years old now. Back when i started i was a stick, i was like 5 6 or 5 7 and like 105 lbs. now im 5 8 and like 140 or 145. i have 12.5" arms, 37" chest, 21" legs. do you think that my weight is good for my height and age? also what about my stats? i have been lifting for roughly 10 months. My dad is like 6 1 so i hope i will put on weight in height and muscle when i grow taller. Will this happen?


    Roughly how long will it take me to be up around 200-220 lbs?

    For your age yes your doing good, keep it up but remember no 15 or 16 year old at your heigh is 200-220 pounds, give it a few before you start worrying about that weight.

    For your height, you do not want to be over 200. If you were lean and gained a significant amount of muscle you'd be around 180ish maybe a little less.

    if ur talking 200 ripped thats pretty hard to achieve naturally and might not be achievable if ur ecto naturally. 200 fairly lean may take time but id imagine you'd have to lift sum pretty heavy weight to get there and it would take years
