I was seeing if someone could help set up a workout program as far as sets/reps/weight for my upper body workouts...
bench press max is 140-145
barbell curl max is about 80-85
military press max is 90 to 100
thanks for the help! ..... you can also throw in other workouts in there to i just don't know my max's for hang cleans/power cleans
