    139 pound 15 year old boy needing help

    ive recently started lifting properly and im recieving a lot of confusing information, some people say to bulk some people say to get more toned before i bulk, i would like advice from people who may have had to the same prop or anyone who thinks they can help.



    What supplements would you recomend that are proven saf

    No not roids. The cycle he's refering to is an eating trend. Simmilar to the ABCDE diet.
