Due to the fact I had a kidney removed last year, my doctor say's I should avoid most of the supplements I used to take. I was wondering what's the best stimulant free fat burner on the market.

Totally agree. If you only have one kidney and have your doctor giving you guidelines regarding supplementation, you should follow his advice seriously. Please don't take some product that is recommended online by people you don't know without first consulting your doctor.
For most relatively healthy people, you can try different things (diet, exercise, supplements) without having to run to your doctor every time, as most products and regimens are overall safe for relatively healthy people.
If however, you have a serious medical condition, you should take a different view of things and be safe. You don't want to lose your other kidney and be on dialysis the rest of your life! It's hard to win an argument with a smart person.
