I live in the middle of downtown. My rent in my apartment is $3500 a month. It's expensive as **** but I live right on main street with amazing date places literally outside my front door. My view is of all of downtown on the 6th floor. I literally have a 99% success rate ****ing girls that I go on a date with since moving here SRS. Go to a bar or putt putt place right next to my apartment, get tequila shots and drink and have fun for a few hours, back to my apartment, go to the balcony, make out, bring them to my bed, and bang. LITERALLY never fails ALMOST EVER!!!! I have found the ultimate cheat code to fuk any girl I want SRS.

Edit literally just creampied a 26 yr old 9/10 and she left immediately because she has to work at 6 am. This **** never fails brahs but takes having a lot of $$$$ to accomplish the dream.

I mean, it's definitely true. Living downtown is an absolute cheat code with females.

But it's also a supreme Jestermaxx move. Paying $42,000 in after tax money each year for an apartment so you still have to spend 3 hours and $100-200 for the chance at getting into a girls pants at the end of the night. Fuking a hot chick is a good feeling for sure, but I'm not quite sure the juice is worth the squeeze.
