I don't think this is anything out of the ordinary, but I normally just take creatine, whey, and a multi lol
Decided to try 3g/day L-Citrulline, 1g/day beta alanine, 3g/day TMG everyday and 3g/day Taurine on lifting days.
I don't use caffeine because stims give me jitters.
Will these have a synergistic effect? Is there anything else that will help with these? I will titrate the doses. I've been taking TMG and citrulline and its been pretty crazy how different performance has been.
