    Exclamation Should I Do Different Exercises Each Workout ?

    Hello guys so i wan`t to know is it better to do different exercises each workout or same same same exercises?
    like if i doing in my split - Lat Pulldowns first, so another workout i did barbell row or pullups or chin ups whatever... is this much better to change exercises?

    yes but i see that many people doing and saying that its much better to do like that...
    they said in youtube that "YOU HAVE TO SHOCK THE MUSCLE" lol idk what this means...
    but if i change up exercises every workout is it okay?
