Hey,
I'm 23 y/o 5'11 and roughly 160~165 lbs. My current goal is to build muscle and lean mass.
My average daily macro intake is...
("With Protein Shake")
Calories:1,415cal (1,945cal)
Fat-64.2g(79g)
Carb-57g(84g)
Protein-187g(255g)
Is this a solid foundation for my goal, or is there a specific area (F, C, P) skewed? I'm not claiming to be an expert, so by all means be honest!
SIDE NOTE*I've maintained this diet for almost 6 months straight (not religiously but close enough) and I lost 50 lbs from it!*

1415 calories for a 23 year old who is your size is a cutting diet (and one is that is excessively low), even 1945 calories is too low for you for building.
You should be taking in probably closer to 2500-3000 calories or whatever calorie amount has you gaining roughly 2 lbs per month.
Probably something like this would be a good starting point, which you may have to adjust based on individual results:
Fat: 80g = 720 calories
Carbs: 300 = 1200 calories
Protein: 200 = 800 calories
Total: 2720 calories per day.All it takes is consistency, effort, proper nutrition, good programming, and TIME.
Don't be upset with the results you didn't get from the work you did not do.
