Going from 96kg to 80kg was easy compared to the stagnation that set in.
My body strongly resists and doesnt want to let go of this fat.
What should I do?
Thanks

Belly fat is always the last to go, but depending on your situation its not always best to try to get rid of it without having enough muscle mass on your frame, otherwise you'll just end up looking like a skeleton. This is why many people can benefit from alternating mass building and fat cutting phases.

Losing belly fat can be difficult because it requires a combination of proper nutrition, regular exercise, and lifestyle changes. Eating healthy, whole foods, exercising regularly, and avoiding processed foods and sugary drinks can help you reduce your waistline. Additionally, reducing stress, getting enough sleep, and managing your hormones can also help burn fat in the abdominal area.

You have a long way to go, you need to lose at least another 30 pounds of fat to even get close to abs. I would definitely keep cutting, at least 15-20 more lbs, then consider just training at maintenance for a while or a very slow bulk to build some muscle, then cut again.
All it takes is consistency, effort, proper nutrition, good programming, and TIME.

Well, try doing cardio after lifting weights. It worked for me. It does not have to be an intense session. Even a lite cardio will do. For me, I use to cycle my way to the gym and cycle back home It was a good choice. These days I use e-bikes because I my gym is a little far from home and in an up hill area. I don't have the energy to cycle all the way so a little kick from the pedal assist system helps me. You should also try this.
