I love summer, but not particularly a fan of heat, just love sunshine and both my mind and body are always ready for action. I wake up full of expectations.
Spring and fall are both OK with no challenge physically, probably the best seasons for lifting weights.
Love Xmas and winter is the best for running (*winter in Tokyo is mild) but my old body loses its flexibility and the scenery is the worst, the color is all gray and dead.
My pick is...

I love all 4 seasons, they all have their perks but I love winter and wouldn't live anywhere that didn't have a ton of snow and several feet of ice on the lakes for 3 - 4 months in winter. I tried that, it wasn't for me.
Winter is by far my fave, ice fishing, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, hiking and the list goes on.
Fall, it's fun to do actives with the colors popping
Spring, things are coming back to life and it's fun to watch nature do it's thing, bears coming out of hibernation, birds are coming back, the smells and sounds are amazing.
Summer is my least favorite, I do enjoy it and have many fun activities but there are a few days in late July or early August that I don't enjoy the heat. You can always put more clothes on to stay warm but you can only get so naked to cool down before it gets peoples attention, they start pointing, then laughing, then they call the cops. Learned my lesson and won't make that mistake again.

King Kazzy thread Amazing photos MT and Bosko.
Things might be different if I lived up North. My overall favorite season is Summer because I am most active outdoors. But, I love Spring and Fall, however, they are so brief.
I don't have any pics that could even compare to the aboveHelping one person may not change the world, but it could change the world for one person.

Autumn or Fall because of the colors and cooler comfy temperatures.
It is perfect for hiking, outdoor runs and biking, love it!

Summer. Would not have said summer when I lived in Arkansas, but now that I'm in Pennsylvania, I love the summers. Never gets hot here, you can be outside doing stuff all day every day. Fall and spring are nice, but no sun in the evening and the mornings can be too cold for bike rides and stuff. I HATE cold. In two months I'll be on my "why do we live here?" rant, but now it's still nice.

Is that even possible? I have ridden in -25. Got snowmobile trails that pass behind my place, my friends are on them all the time with their fat bikes, night riding in winter with clear nights is a blast especially with a full moon.

I love having all four seasons, as I find the change energizing. If I had to pick, I'd say Spring is my favourite - new life, new creation, new hope (plus Easter is my favourite holiday!).
No drama: You know where we are.

Thanksgiving to the first part of January. That is the time when my contractor rental property business is completely dead (nobody I rent to works from Thanksgiving to the first part of January). This time also coincides with the peak of the migration for ducks. I go duck hunting and don't have any responsibilities with rental properties.

I've been using those full spectrum lights in the morning to help adjust my aberrant circadian rhythm to something that fits a more normal schedule. A lot of people use those in the winter time to deal with the depression that comes from lower levels of sunlight... so you might give them a try... although admittedly, staring at a super bright light for 30 mins can sometimes give me a serious headache.
