I always wanted to wear a stringer but told my self only when I have a decent physique, I shall wear one.

Exactly 6 years later , at 6'2 and 85kgs , here I am.

Do I look like an absolute solid alpha mogging tank ,misc?

Do I emasculate the men and stimulate the women , who set their eyes upon on me, misc ?

At times in the gym while working out . One of my nipple sticks out , like while benching, dumbell pullover, dumbell shoulder press etc. I hope that's OK and normal. Yea guys ?

i am indian and let me tell you, being indian is actually a great thing. we have beautiful people and we have ugly people. just like any race. I for 1 am a great person, have great friends, and i take care of every one that is in my life and i am glad to do it, and for that i have people that love me around me. also, indian parents are one of the best parents you can have. sometimes they can be really strict, but they will take care of you no matter what, and they will buy you what ever it is that you need. as long as your not a selfish ****head. It doesn't bother me even now. I'm talking about the rest of the gym , no one's given me the stank eye yet, but it's only been 3 days, since I've been wearing it. I recommend it to all , the mind to muscle connection and the feeling of every pump in the rep , is a game difference.

In fact people just can't make eye contact with me anymore, their eyes dart away faster than usual srs

Wade through the negativity here bro, keep lifting heavy, keep lifting hard and keep wearing your stringers, you’re gonna make it. My advice for your arms would be to incorporate a heavy close grip bench set in 2 times a week and finger curls with 35-45lbs plates 3x a week.

Your arms and shoulders are a lil iffy.

Do more shoulder work. All three heads.
Ohp, seated shoulder press (machine or dumbbells), lateral raises and rear delt machine.

Then do more arm exercises that actually widen your arm. Exercises like preacher curls and barbell curls.

thanks bro, i never really do close grip, cause i paralley dip a lot and go hard on skull crushers and bench a lot, but will give it a go. thanks, reps on recharge
