I’m 29 and every girl I talk to brings it up and i immediately say no that’s never happening. This world sucks ass no way I’m bringing a poor soul here. In my opinion people that have kids are clueless and selfish.
What do I do in this situation? It seems like 90% want that crap

I am far far too busy to do that casual dating stuff I barely have enough time to feed myself.
The thing is me and this chick vibe really good and I actually met her 15 years ago just as a passing meeting. I’m 29 she’s 27 we’re both well off and everything could be perfect but no she wants to have a goddamn kid and I’m like no.. how do I change her mind or should I just hard pass

There are enough women who don't want kids out there and it's a growing trend although still a minority. Date higher class women who have a career focus and passions in life. From what I see any woman middle class or lower wants kids because breeding is the only thing that gives them a feeling of purpose.

I would rather adopt three kids than have one of my own. To me this is a spiritual battle because I’ve lived on four continents and I’ve seen too much **** and know too much to bring another soul into this cesspool of criminality and deceit. I have yet to meet a single person that doesn’t carry pain with them whether it be from lack of understanding or just inability to cope so why would I inflict it on something that didn’t ask for it.
BUT good luck explaining that to her. I made this thread because it pisses me off that out of all the girls I’ve talked to you over the years we vibe the best and everything is literally goddamn perfect career wise goals wise etc as soon as this conversation came up it froze up.
Now I don’t know whether to cut it off completely or just give it a minute

you're not obligated to have kids. if a girl you're seeing wants them and you don't, then part ways.

I can't say I really judge people who choose not to have kids, and I have gone back and forth a bit with myself about how badly I really want to have any. However, strictly speaking, it is the entire purpose of your life. You can have a meaningful life without children if you have a meaningfully positive effect on the lives of others, but you still failed the primary mission.
Sure, there are selfish reasons that some people have kids. On the other hand, consider the efforts of your ancestors over even just the past few hundred years to work and sacrifice so that, ultimately, you could be here. Against that backdrop, it seems selfish to adopt the attitude that you don't want the expense or hassle of kids; you're opting not to keep the dream alive. You put it that way it sounds noble but when you’ve come across some of the individuals I’ve come across or done what I’ve done and seen what I have seen you would feel nothing short of guilty for even possibly exposing a soul that didn’t ask for it to any of that.
My last “girlfriend” who ended up turning to drugs after me giving everything away for two years for a glimmer of hope only to fail in the end, called me one night crying her heart out like I’ve never heard anyone cry, at 2 AM and said - “what kind of life are we living”. Honestly I’m not even sure if she’ll make it to the age of 30. I won’t get into that story but that solidified it for me, never mind my moms story my dads story my sisters - anybody’s.
I have never seen a single life path that I can say “yeah, I want my kid to have that one.”

Sorry you went through that stuff, but it's also a sad, defeatist attitude. You have an opportunity to do a good job raising kids and to stack the deck in favor of the good guys going forward. If you've never seen a life path you'd want your kid to have, it seems you've been looking at a very narrow cross-section of the life paths people are or have been on.

That is a difficult decision and I am on the same page as not wanting to bring a child into this world because it will become increasingly difficult both for the child and yourself living in this world the way it is with so much immorality running rampant. There is a lot to protect a kid from these days. But you shouldn’t judge her for her views either, it’s a very natural want to have your own kids and unless you can help her see differently, you still should respect how she feels and listen to her reasoning.
