I cannot sleep for ****, 7 hours on a good night, but I’m getting anywhere from 4-6 typically lately. I tried melatonin and it hasn’t really worked. I wake up in the middle of the night a lot and it takes forever to fall asleep. Any supps besides melatonin for sleep? Or advice?

If you can maintain gym performance at 100% and still not be fatigued throughout the day, then it might be enough. Everyone reacts differently to more or less sleep.
I used to sleep 6 hrs/night while in school and would always feel dead tired after the gym. Would've been better off with 7-8 hours easily.The only way to do something is to do it
