    Read through the sticky on macros and TDEE. You don't need to worry about specific foods as "good" or "bad." Focus on hitting your macros/micros and you're winning 90%+ of the battle. After that you can play around with specific foods/meal timing which may or may not help with performance(highly individual).

    I would agree with all replies above. It's totally okay, if you recieve enough energy from it and, and if you don't starve after 40 min-1 hour.

    wut.....caloric deficit in a lean bulk? I think youre confused. You are in a slight caloric surplus in lean bulk.
