intra, what you guys use? beaten to death i know but no search

i used intrabolic for years , it's gone , i've gone to xtend

The reason nothing is going to compare to intrabolic is because intrabolic had hydro whey + EAA's. I don't use one personally but if you're going to continuously search for an intrabolic replacement you might be hard pressed to find one with the same amount of hydro whey + EAA's without buying in bulk.

Grab some gatorade powder if you want carbs. If you find it sits in your stomach too long or causing issues, switch to HBCD. Add EAA. That is really all you need if you want an intra.

Other goodies to add if you feel the need:

Creatine, Taurine, L-citrulline, Betaine Anhydrous

So if you don't want carbs and use powerade zero, just add the EAA.

Currently using Glycofuse (HBCD + Carb10) but have used SizeOn pretty much daily for the past three years, huge difference in my training sessions vs without.

Didn't you say you used Keto Aminos as well? OP your best bet to replicate intrabolic is to buy bulk hydro whey and throw it into whatever strong tasting EAA supplement you want

soooooooooooooooo, what eaa can ya mix with watermelon extend , that wouldn't have an overlap of aa, meaning something with other aa than xtend

The reason intras get a bad rap, IMO, is because people get retarded claiming they "keep them anabolic". Obviously if you're in an anabolic state in the gym you train like a complete vagina.

I use the following intra to help fuel and at least "maybe" help reduce catabolism to an extent:

30-40g carbs (gatorade)
5-10 g EAA
electrolyte powder
salt

The reality is that these supps aren't really doing anything, so just pick something that you like the taste. Mio would work if you want flavoring.

Mixing a BCAA supp with an EAA supp is redundant. BCAAs (leucine, isoleucine and valine) are Essential amino acids. Using a hydro as mentioned would be your best bet. I loved Intrabolic's flavors (Mojito Summer Cooler is still one of my favorite of all time), but at no time was I thinking, these are magically doing something for me. I just liked the taste.

5g of hydro whey + 2:1:1 BCAAs is pretty ridiculous. The electrolytes are fine if you feel you're sweating terribly (I run hot and sweat a lot, so I don't mind for longer workouts).

If you want something, just buy unflavored hydrowhey and use with Mio or something. I do believe that Mio also has an electrolyte version.

Myprotein does have unflavored hydrolyzed whey. Hell, any unflavored protein powder would pretty much have the same result.
