I failed again at trying to hit 320x3, but it was as close as I've been to that goal. I'm thinking to actually move up in the next cycle but hit doubles to try and break this plateau.

I've been slacking on posting but workouts are still going. Today was the start of the 2nd week of the current DUP cycle.
As mentioned previously, I'm going to try and do heavy bench doubles to break out of my current 315-320 plateau (for triples). My bench was off today, although I still managed the doubles. I've been lacking in the sleep department this whole week, and I'm guessing that played a part in it.## chillin at home crew
