The frustration from questioning why you don;t get laid when you want is strong with this one. You are not entitled to sexors OP and just because your future wife had some fun in her youth and you were denied you're going to go and cheat on her with skanky flesh slippers in brothels and the first young skirt to throw herself at you for her next hit of meth. Strong everything in these posts.
You need help and I hope you get it.
As for the divorce stuff, be there for the kids and your sister but don;t get involved as others have said. Don't dish out a beating as you'll only face charges you don;t need and look like a penor to your nieces and nephews. Hope it all works out for the best, whichever way that is.

Lol @ anyone ITT who is suggesting you physically assault him. Hard to support your family members if you are in jail...
Find out if he lifts and his gym. Let him heavy bench press, whisper in his ear "You know why" then let him die under the bar. Everyone wins.MISC Blood Drive (MOD REPS): https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=175220881

All of this. Also, like a couple others have said you probably dont know the whole story anyways. There is always two sides to the story and that's why in every divorce both sides of the family back their side and start hating the other side. It sounds like this process has already begun if the kids "hate their dad now" like you said. Take it from a child of divorce, all it'll do is make the situation more ugly and the kids will eventually grow up and poke holes into both sides stories and not know what or who to believe, so they'll just assume both sides are full of chit. This chit happens all the time.
The people suggesting physical violence are complete potatoes, OP is fukkin 30 not 16. You dont need to potentially ruin your life because a 50 year old man decided to cheat regardless of his reasons, whatever they may be.▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ஜ۩۞۩ஜ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

The majority of men are so stupid it's frightening.
He's risking losing at least half of a multi million dollar business for a piece of pussy. How dumb can you be?
Not to mention the turmoil on the family. On his children.

She probably was a great mother and neglected herself as a wife. First family, second love life. Your BIL lost interest, maybe saw his wife let herself go over the years and went after someone younger and who cared for herself.
Not saying he's right, but that there's two sides to every story.Last edited by Awarebrahhh; 07-03-2017 at 04:45 AM.

When I was a younger man I judged others for their actions. I had no real life experience and the result was had a hard moral code that had not been tested.
I still don't condone many of peoples actions but the more life experiences I gather the less I judge them and in many cases the more I understand them..

I'm not justifying the affair whatsoever, but you understand how hard men get f'd in divorce court, right? A man with children deciding to leave his wife is a significantly harder decision to make than vice versa, regardless of the reasons why. And as others have said, there's two sides to every story. It's pretty ridiculous to just totally side with the OP's personal secondhand version story of his sister's failing marriage at face value.

Let me ask you this, is a judge going to react more harshly to a man that just says "fuk it, I'm done, time to call it what it is and move on."... Or a man that is out dropping his d1nk in some 25 year old secretary because his wife "Doesn't turn him on" anymore?
You're 100% right, there are two sides to every story, but to turn it on it's head and point the finger at her is lunacy. And let's be srs, if OP's title read "My sister cheated on my brother in law"...there wouldn't be "two sides", she would be a sl00t no questions asked, and everyone would tell OP to rally around the brother in law.No man is your friend
