    Bulking appearance questiob

    Okay,

    So, I'm gaining my .5 -1lb a week (after a ton of trial and error),

    But over the past week, my appearance around my abdominal area looks like it's gained a ton of fat. Like, it's not water weight or increase in sodium since I haven't had a ton of sodium, or bad food.

    My macros have been consistent between 2950-3000

    Maybe it's alll in my head (which I doubt)


    Is it possible that I'm gaining too much fat? Even though the weight gain doesn't even exceed .75lb (actually the past two weeks were the first two weeks I averaged more than .4lb)

    It's probably mostly in your head, but if you want to be conservative about it, cut back your gains to no more than 2lbs per month. If you continue to get stronger with gaining 0.5lbs per week, than roll with it.
