If you had to pick one, which would it be and why? Looking to possibly look into getting a pre-workout or BCAA.

I would say that you probably don't need either.
If you eat well and have a protein-full diet, there's going to be sufficient BCAA in there.
Are you looking for a PWO because you feel you need one, or are you getting one because (almost) everyone else is using a PWO? I barely use a PWO and do just fine. Everyone's different though.

I'd personally go with a PWO if I had to choose one. Rather that extra little bit to get my kick started after a long day.

I would go with a cup of coffee before your workout and then BCAAs while you workout.
Caffeine will benefit a workout, but at a certain point it increases cardiac event risk. If you need some preworkout with insane amounts of caffeine, you aren't doing something right in your life. Get more sleep or stop over training.
