As one famously quoted

"The day you start lifting, is the day you became forever small"

Is this sht actually true? I reckon that hitting 200 @ 8% 5'11 one can no longer feel "small"

got to 200, wasn't happy. told myself if i got to 215, i'd DEFINITELY be big enough.

If I hit 200 and 8% I'd prob feel big. I have small ass wrists and ankles (bone structure, I guess) so I cant imagine that happening at that bf % tho.

Na I wanted to be like 160-170lbs 8% bf, I'm there now and feel small as ****, now I wanna get to 180-185 8%bf, I know same ****s gonna happen. It's true OP, just LDAR

I'm only 170lbs at the mo and I feel big.

Sitting at around 7% bf though probably helps, and my bi's are measuring in at just under 16".

I think it's more or less to do with your insertions and muscle proportions.

In a recent photo of my body I look like a bodybuilder on gear (somewhat at least).
But in real life I just look athletic with big bi's.

Such is life boyos.

Yes comes a time when you can objectively be described as big and/or shredded but it's never enough, you want to be the biggest/most shredded dude around.

This. The only time I feel big is when I have a pump. Without it i feel like I'm getting smaller even though I'm putting on weight srs

People swear I'm big af in and out the gym being around 210, but I always feel small... And fat. 50% BF is no joke brahs.

I hit those stats and still felt small. Wont be happy till 225 at 8%. But then I probably wont be happy then either

The problem is that you see yourself every day, so it's hard to tell any difference.

Fix the problem by standing next to regular people and you'll feel bigger.

Until you go home. And then you're small again.

Eh, my requirements to be "big" have drastically changed. Even at my height, unless you're stage ready at around 200 lbs, I consider that small when before I would consider 200 @ 10-12% a big boy.

But hovering around 245-250 now, and I feel big, but also not as lean as I would like.

It really is sickening to think how much my perception has changed.

I went from 140 lbs to 215 lbs with about the same bf %. Still feel as small as I was then.
