What are you waiting until Black Friday to get?

Figure BF ads will start popping up before we know it. What are you holding out for BF to get (if the deals are good enough):

I'm considering the following:
- Deadlift bar
- GHD
- Rings (not high priority)
- knee sleeves (before it starts to get too cold)
- Perhaps a couple kettlebells (I use the back part of my PBs for some movements like kettlebell swings so I've been thinking of getting real ones)
- New FI bench (if there are any deals that justify it)

i'm praying, like i did last year, to get through another Black Friday without buying anything.

i was sort of successful in that i didn't buy anything on BF sales, but i had some good finds during the winter last year in used equipment.

UK based so deals generally less abundant - but hopeful (probably nievely) that Rogue Europe do something with the RML-390.

If I get really good grades, I will be getting either an RML-690 or R-6 for my garage gym, about 4000lbs of hg 2.0s (most for resell obviously) and whatever else pops up...maybe a 55" 4k to hang on the wall in front of my leg press. Usually ads for black friday come out 2-3 weeks prior to the actualy sell so I can't wait to plan ahead.

that bar was the toughest thing to say no to. i was vindicated later when i found my OB-84; it would have been tough to justify if i had bought the AB-SPB

I love the OB84, but I will be selling an unbranded 311lb ivanko set to fund my garage gym. Hate to see it go, but my garage gym is priority 1. I have a parabody power rack for the basement, but would like a 6 Post power rack for the garage.

I agree, on this side of the pond BF deals on equipment are pretty rare, but I want to upgrade the sound system in the gym, so I hope to find a deal.

Speaking of,what's the deal with AB? The SPB has been sold out FOREVER, feels like a discontinue or maybe they decided to switch manufacturers and haven't found a good one yet. No Black Friday shopping for me, once the Mech6 monolifts arrive I'm done for the foreseeable future. I have filled in my space, I'm happy with all my accessories, and I'm nearing full capacity on iron (few more 45's wouldn't hurt).

Are the bumpers still like 2.5lb with hundo pricing? That's too much for me. I would rather pick up calibrated "steel" plates.

oh, that makes sense. i prefer commercial myself, but if i were doing it all over again, i should have just bought a Rogue rack and then slowly updated it as needed. (assuming i was buying new again)

seems weird that they went so gung-ho on the sales of it if they weren't going to have the new bar follow up. my guess is something went wrong with inventory or production or they're rethinking how much they want to price it as or something.

Ya they definitely still are not cheap but I have enough iron for now and will wait to upgrade those at a later date.

I'd be surprised if there is any BF deal on it. Seems like it would be a purchase that isn't beneficial to wait.

The power racks and bar you'd really only be saving on shipping, IDK if $5 shipping cover their power racks. But if it does, thats over $100 dollars shipping for $5. which is a great deal. And who knows if you wait you can maybe find a really nice condition one on craigslist...given you're fine with a used one. Hg 2.0s will be $1LB if you buy like 2000lbs of them, But I don't know if you'd want to buy that many of them. It's up to you, depending on what and how much you'd buy, you'd probably just save on the shipping...which might be a couple hundred dollars.

Not a huge list, but I'm looking to add a Spud lat pulley, another bar (still undecided), some bar storage, and a c2 rower.

Otherwise, I'm just keeping an eye out for good deals, rearranging things so I can add a large mirror, and plan to get a monolift made from a guy that's kinda known around here for that thing.
