Cutting, starting to look leaner but weight hasn't changed for 2 weeks. Floating between 215.4-216.6.
Weighed myself this morning at 216lbs.
Why? I'm eating 200-250g less carbs a day.
Only on
170g carbs
215g protein
80g fat

Either you're holding onto water weight or your tracking is off. Your macros add up to less than 1800 cals a day. Weight should be falling steadily with those stats.
Water weight can linger for 2-3 weeks, but if you don't lose any weight after a third week, then you're eating more than you think you are (or your scale is broken, but that's probably not the case). You can't help the hopeless.

Eat the same things all the time? Water weight will fluctuate with sodium intake, carbs, etc. It's not really a problem unless you have a weigh in for something. It doesn't interfere with fat loss.
You can just take a rolling average if you want to know how your weight is trending. That's what I do since I eat different foods every day. My weight might go up or down 4lbs in any given week. You can't help the hopeless.

Yeah I mistyped that into google, but unless he's on bed rest, he should still be losing weight at 2260 calories. Heck, I can lose on that, and I'm 178lbs (and a woman who works a desk job)

Water weight fluctuations just happen. Sometimes people manipulate their water weight on purpose, like for a weigh in or for a show/photo shoot, but I don't think you can stop them from happening all the time, unless you completely micromanaged your life. You can't help the hopeless.
