    Obsessed

Is it ok if I think of my body and goals every day, look at others and make a comparison and also looking in the mirror too much?

It sounds like you know the answer to this question already. It's probably not okay.

But there's nothing wrong with comparing yourself to others. It's going to happen on a subconscious level no matter what other people tell you. Just make sure you stay healthy, and get some other hobbies. You're probably just "obsessed" with bodybuilding because you have enough time to be obsessed about bodybuilding.

Don't worry dude I feel the same way as you do and I do the same things you do. Just remember that the sport you chose is a jealousy sport just like Rich Piana said. There's a lot of jealousy in bodybuilding and I get anxiety from it too because I always get jealous of people who look better than me.
