Was actually just given the green light yesterday by my doctor to ramp up activity. I’m now 9 months post op (second surgery) and almost fully fused. We will wait until my one year scan to confirm complete fusion and then I have no limits! My doctor said everything was addressed so I’m at an only 10% chance at ever needing spine surgery again. Been a while since I’ve posted. Thanks IC for sending the link! What do you guys use these days to upload images? Last time I tried to post pics using imageshack, it didn’t work.

Imgur is pretty much the go-to host these days. Imageshack and Photobucket are big fails here now, unfortunately. Or you can directly upload as an attachment, I think.

I have a couple thousand pics uploaded to Imgur, and yes you can copy the links and post them. I used to have a paid account, but now it's all free, unlimited storage. Very easy to use. I prefer to use PC, but the Android app is good, too. Don't know about the iPhone app. Make an account!

Thanks! 2 discs were removed and now I have 10 screws, 2 rods, 2 cages and titanium plates on the cages. I'll see if I still have the login info for the imgur account. I set one up before, but I could never find the url link, but it was from my mobile. Will try again.

Everybody's saying 'Bama is done, but honestly, I think the top 4 should be 'Bama, Clemson, Wisconsin, and the winner of the SEC Championship game. The Tide shouldn't drop out of the playoff if their only loss is to a top 6 team.
