Anything that is actually effective is either illegal or banned for sale like ephedrine. dang nag whippersnappers have to ruin everything for everyone else. clen diets along with three workouts for every 3 rest days too. 99% of the shiit you see at GNC are marked up gel capsules with something inside that won't do anything for you. a clean diet and cardio will carry you a looong way, stuff like EC will just be the icing on the cake

I'm ok at 248, but want to cut down to ~230. I look way better now than I did at 218 a year and a half ago.

When I say I've missed workouts, I mean I've hit 4-5 instead of 6 days a week and when I say my diet hasn't been perfect, I mean I have a couple cheat meals on the weekend with way too many carbs. I'm not just sitting around every day eating doritos and watching TV

What's a healthy blood pressure? I had mine checked at the chiro yesterday and it was 140/100. Granted, I drank a rockstar on the way over and hadn't eaten anything since I woke up. But I know thats high, and it got me thinking.

Lifting and not being a skinny ******* is why I look better. I'm the anti-cardio. I cut for 18 months to lose ~55lbs, but had very little muscle, so I just looked like a tall skinny bish.

Really? Bronkaid makes me feel pretty good. I got a hardcore stim feeling the first few days I used it but that mellowed out, now I just feel focused through the day. I don't notice any negative sides at all. Except maybe the whole BP thing. Oh well.
