Less servings in protein tub then listed on label?

So I was keeping track of how many scoops I used and I'm 51 into a 73 serving tub and I'm pretty sure there's not 22 servings left in my tub

This happen to anyone? Was I shorted from the company? Is there something that could be causing whatever issue? Thanks!

The protein in question is musclepharm combat 100% whey if it matters

Have you been weighing out the scoops? If not, then there's no way to be very accurate as to how much came in the container. Maybe your scoops are too big.

^^^What she said. Unless you're weighing it on a scale you really can't say you're short on scoops. Because depending on your scooping style aka how much you pack into the scooper (density) you could be using 1.25 scoops each time and not knowing it.

A serving goes by grams. If you are taking heaping heavier scoops that'll happen

Density isn't constant. The weight of a flat scoop will change based on how packed the powder is. Servings are calculated based on weight, not volume.

Thanks guys, I had a total of 62 scoops instead of the 73 that was listed on the label

Hopefully it was that the scoops were tightly packed and not that the tub was shorted

Serving size is weight, a scoop measures volume. Buy a food scale and measure out the weight if you are that worried about it.

^ What he said, there is no way to "Avoid this" unless you really wanna chance spilling protein powder all over to actually weigh it all.

Weighing out each scoop individually is really the only thing you can do.
