I'm taking an interest to bodybuilding and I'd like to get started, but I heard that people with scoliosis have a tougher time building strength. I'm 30 and I have a 13 degree curve in my upper and lower back. I'm looking for general advice for someone with my condition.
For example what kind of exercises should I avoid? Are there any I should focus on more? Should I wear a back brace?
