You can do things like circuits or barbell complexes for sure. If your goal is purely about bodyrecomposition, you do realise that you don't need any cardio however?

BTW, your avatar picture is meant to be a picture of you, not spiderman.

haha didn't have time to take a pic worthy for here ;-) doing that shortly.
well i do know i don't need cardio but i can't do 6 full bodyworkouts a week so i considered cardio is an option to do sports anyway so low weights high intensety reps would do the trick?

Anything that can keep your heart rate up for a long period of time will generally be "good" cardio.

Everyone needs cardio but it can be done in many different forms, running/jogging/cycling is just one of those forms.

Guess you could do sports, why not.

Circuits with controlled rest pauses of around 20 seconds:
    e.g.
3 x power cleans or jump squats with light barbell
    4 x pullups
    8 x pressups
    - keep going for 20 mins

google "the bear" barbell complex - repeat that for 3 sets of 5 'reps'

In a fairly empty gym with lots of machines, you can just bounce from one machine to another - select a light weight, do some reps, move on with no rest pause.
