nope one has better calves but a bad chest the other one has a big chest but a terrible back that's the way how i see it there's no 1% in anything.

It can easily be obtained. Just get in the gym and kitchen and put in the hard work. Also do not compare yourself to others, only yourself and you will be there in no time.

The 1% comes into play both in where you start and how fast your body responds to physical stress.

As a 40YO I benched 265 for 1 paused rep in July and then 335 for 1 paused rep in December that same year.

Some people wont be impressed by that and others will be 100% sure that a 40YO cannot do that natty.

They are both right. The reason for this is that depending on your personal genetics this either seems doable or completely impossible.

I was honestly expecting someone big and shredded, say Zyzz or something. I don't know why anyone would think this is unattainable natty. I mean Eric Helms looks a fair bit bigger and the same amount of bodyfat ish as this guy and Eric has less than average genetics.
