Nah I just love Kris workouts. I did the 12 week years ago. DTP I did so many times i lost count. Earlier this year while deployed i was doing his 12 muscle trainer too till i got injured. Always been a huge fan of his. =D

I had planned out at the beginning of the month to do the Kizzito Ejam 'Chiseled' routine (8 weeks) come January, but have done a modified (for my equipment) DTP before (great primer for a mass period.) I'm going to go look into this one now and see what may be more up my alley; very intrigued.

Hi how are you ,
I wanted to try Kaged Muscle PRE-KAGED.
I wanted to try the product because I will really use it. I promise you . I go to gym 7 days a week and that product is so good . I was 308 and now im 209.8 i'm 5'8 and i should weigh like 155 lbs, so i'm just going every day to the gym and pushing hard . I use a program but i changed the last exercise witch is 15 minutes of cardio and changed it to 1 hour. A days work is about 2 hours a day 7 days a week and 0 rest days. I know this will really help me . All the nutritional label is just ddesigned to get you pumped up and have a great time . Right now i take creatine and a cup of coffee as my supplements. Pretty much the bottle is like all of it u just take the bottle instead of everything individual . Also it has like a power rade taste it says fruit punch so it's not unflavored like my creatine. I'm very grateful

I was just reading the 'about' blurb on the brand page and I am even more impressed. Talking about true health, natural ingredients, following scientific research not to mention just reading through the ingredients on several products - looks amazing and thoughtful.

I'm building my own list now. Re-Kaged, In-Kaged, and BCAA (powder) are at the top of it. Fermented aminos? I gotta go check this out.

This is what I like about Hydra-Charge. I can't stand the tingles from BA, they hit me hard so I appreciate that I can add the ingredients I see fit. Also, I don't do well with caffeine so not having it is a big win for me as well. Although betaine is a must have!
