Hi,
I am thinking about taking a multivitamin and omega-3 fish oil.
I heard these two will be good to supplement my diet.
Which multivitamin/ omega-3 should I purchase, and where??
I am currently living in South Korea btw.
Thanks!

If CL Orange Triad is available, go with that for multivitamin. AOR Ortho-Core is also excellent, but $$$.
For fish oil, Nordic Naturals Ultimate Omega if money isn't an issue, otherwise CL Oximega is the best bang for your buck.
If those aren't available in South Korea, come back with some options and we'll help you narrow it down.Olympus Labs Representative

Platinum Multivitamin is a great option that is bogo. All you need is 3 pills a day.
Platinum Fish Oil(4x) has you covered as far as fish oil goes.

Orange Triad has been a long time favorite of mine.
Optimen is another good one, I have MT multi on deck to try in the next few weeks once my OT is out.
Those would be my go-tos but I think you could get by on just a nature made or most standard/normal dosed multis will cover most of your micro needs as long as you focus on a diet of inclusion, eat adequate fruits/veggies... also, don't be afraid to try new foods that you don't usually eat. Having that variety can help prevent micro nutrient deficiencies
As far as fish oils
Nordic Naturals is my go to. MT Fish oil 4x is another great one as is Jym Fish Oil... Haven't had fish burps on any of them and they are dosed well (i.e. its easy to get 2-3g of epa/dha per day, which is what you want).3x Nationally qualified MPD - Donut Eater - Coffee Drinker - Breakfast Food Advocate

Orange triad and oximega...both are cheap and among the best quality, plus I like the joint support that comes in the orange triad too
Also always check people's sig in this section when they recommend a product..:hint hint:....some reps give good advice while others just copy/paste the product they are repping...Call me Sally
