The 225 for reps thread got me thinking... someone commented that all miscers who claim they can rep out 2 plates are either e-statters or they're on gear. Well I'm neither of those.
Will rep ANYONE who posts a video of them benching 315 or more, regardless of bodyweight, as long as there's no ridiculous bounce. Or any bench that I think is impressive at my discretion.
My best bench presses, in descending order of bodyweight:
335 x 3 @ 200lbs
350 x 1 @ 200lbs - this was my opener and I suffered a b-grade tear on my pec. Scratched my next two attempts and immediately began to ice it. Sucks because I was peaked to hit about 380 that day Proceeded to take the majority of the next year off training and gained about 50 lbs
365 x 1 @ 202lbs (this was done before the above benches)
After getting back into training right around the new year after taking most of 2014 off:
355 x 1 @ 245lbs - FEET UP
350 x 1 @ 253lbs - FEET UP, CLOSE GRIP
380 x 1 @ 257lbs
Hopin to hit at least 405 by the end of January which will likely be the next time I compete.

[bold] RULES IF YOU WANT TO GET REPPED [bold]
1) The bar must come ALL the way down and touch your chest.
2) Spotter CANNOT touch the bar at any point during the lift. I don't care if he helped a tiny bit or a lot - it doesn't matter. In my book if the spotter's hands touch the bar at ANY point during the lift, they assisted you in some way - whether it be a tiny tiny bit or a lot - and you can't claim the lift as 100% legit. I will not debate this or argue with people about it.
3) No excessive bounce off the chest.
4) No excessive butt lift. If it looks like I could freely slide my hand under your butt without touching it (no homo) during the lift, it is no good.

And comparatively speaking, you're already "on my level" or surpassed it considering you weigh about 25lbs less than I did when I hit around that weight for the first time.
I'm planning on competing at the end of January most likely and ideally I'd like to be at 242 for that compp. I'm currently around 260 morning weight and in a motivational slump regarding my nutrition so we'll see what happens :/
For about my first 3 years of lifting I took the nutrition aspect pretty seriously and tracked my cals/macros etc.
After taking most of 2014 off and then getting back into it at the beginning of this year for some reason I just haven't had the drive to be as on top of the nutrition side as I am the actual training side... might be as I get older I don't go out nearly as much as I did in my younger 20s so I'm just not as motivated to "look good" as I used to.
