So, I can't recall for how long, but I feel like I constantly need to clear my throat. It may be mucus-related. I am 30 years old, don't work out, and weigh about 160lbs at a height of 5'9-5'10.
Any suggestions, and supplement referrals? I went to the ENT in Jan-Feb, and didn't get any bad remarks from the doctor.
I don't smoke anything and I barely drink. I do feel at times like I don't breathe as well as I should. I would say I have bad breath too. Any advice, I'd appreciate. Thanks.

Sorry fellas, I know this is more for food and supplement recommendations, but I figured I'd ask on this forum rather than on a health forum because you guys seem to have more real life experience and less "please pity me" advice.

Taking anything with 'Pre-Nasal Drip' as a side effect? Could be the issue as well.
