That was a poor effort from the leader of the team and I'd say the same if he were pale ass trailer park white.
I like him and think he's great for a game Goodell & co. are trying to make as boring as possible. He just failed on the biggest stage and acted like a baby. His saving grace as you said was not blaming anyone for the loss.
Losing a game of football is nothing in the grand scheme of things so it shouldn't be too much to ask from a professional athlete to put on a brave face for half an hour and answer a few dumb questions from the press. Doctors and police officers have to give bad news to people every day. Imagine if they said "I can't do this" and walked away. They have a job to do and they do it.
Sport is full of divas who need a reality check. They're getting paid millions to do something that is not important. They're not neurosurgeons. It's not life or death. They're just a bunch of dumb fuks running around on a field on weekends to entertain drunken fuks who have nothing better to do.

I agree. Pretty much completely.
But I would also note that when a law enforcement officer or doctor has to give somebody bad news, or answer hard questions, they kind of have to, because somebody has to, because it may be life or death, past present or future, and it IS important, so it needs to be done. But talking to the press about your loss on such a huge stage for such a big event, well, that doesn't have to be done, that isn't important, it isn't really going to help anybody with anything that matters to stand up there and answer questions about how and why you and your team sucked.

There needs to be two sections for "never made it to the super bowl." Since the Lions and Browns have been around since 1930 and 1946, respectively, while the Jags and Texans have only been around since 1995 & 2002, respectively.

LEBOWSKI
It's funny. I can look back on a life of achievement, on challenges met, competitors bested, obstacles overcome. I've accomplished more than most men, and without the use of my legs. What... What makes a man, Mr. Lebowski?
DUDE
Dude.
LEBOWSKI
Huh?
DUDE
I don't know, sir.
LEBOWSKI
Is it... is it, being prepared to do the right thing? Whatever the price? Isn't that what makes a man?
DUDE
Sure. That and a pair of testicles.***Anyone With "Crew" in Their Signature Sucks Balls Crew***

Kvk, one for you.
Imagine if Chris Cornell had chops and could sing live.

Honestly that sounds like a B-Side off of Superunknown or something.
If you told me 5-10 years ago I'd agree with the notion of someone doing Cornell better than Cornell, I would have laughed.
I'm mildly new to the feeling of having my favorite rockstars enter their aging phases.
I don't like it man.

They've been around since the mid 90s. Shame more people don't know about them. Ian Thornley is ridiculously talented and humble which is rare in that business. Can't be too many guys out there who can belt it out like he can and play guitar like that.
Check out his slide playing.

I was just about to rip into these chumps for letting this thread fall off the first page.
Good man.
BB was special. I've said it before, he could play a couple of notes and you immediately knew it was him.
Jeff Beck is like that. So is Mark Knopfler. I love this piece. Wish there was a better version online.
