Lol @ "cutters crew" threads
lol you have basically a group of "brahs" regularly posting here, chatting during the whole thread on loads of crap that have very little to do with lifting/dieting/cutting... chats and useless posts go very fast which make the thread go big in matter of 2-3 days
when a woman posts here you have a bunch of whiteknights all over her "omg ur so gorgeous", any miscer who goes here to seek advice or motivation, is gonna get ignored unless he's recognized by the "scc crew"

Ok, relax everyone, I'm back, and I brought with me love handles so big it looks like I'm wearing a safety ring.

I am sure it does. These threads move fast.
I was recovering from a bad RC tear, then I had knee surgery after finishing off my knee issues in Judo. I am about 10-11 weeks out from knee surgery and trying to bounce back. Focused on getting strength back first, then will work on getting the 6 pack back. One party system; Most Republicans are Democrats, but no Democrats are Republicans.

Yes, I did. He was insanely fast and so slick. Only got to train with him once before he moved to California. He was only 19 though. Threw his chances of being in the next Olympics away too. This dude was still holding a rank in the top 50 in the world having not even competed in the last two years. He was number 1 in the world at the age of 17.
I also got a chance to train with a UFC fighter and had a few private BJJ lessons with him too. Man, what a great experience it was. I was really in to it and the opportunities I got were amazing. I miss it a lot.
Anyway, you taking on any big adventures? One party system; Most Republicans are Democrats, but no Democrats are Republicans.

Not much at the moment. Started a new job earlier in the year which is keeping me really busy and been working to fix up bits and pieces on my house on the weekends. Not really much time for anything else. I feel like I barely keep it together as it is! Not sure whether you read back a few pages but getting surgery in November to fix my sinus (congenital defect). At this point just counting down the weeks until that and then looking forward to being recovered.

09-13-2015, 10:00 PM #6136MFW cheeks are sunken in a bit and jawline is razor sharp. So I go to whole foods to get lunch from their bar and I catch this hnnngggg af/10 brunette chick with a phat ass eyeing me. I look at her and we just stare at each other for a few seconds. I look away and begin to put refried beans in my bowl. Unfortunately, the beans stuck on the bottom of the ladle plopped right on the counter and I looked like an idiot. What do I do? She's about to head towards the checkout lanes.

binged too this weekend. Cutting was easier than reversing into a lean bulk. Is this even real life.

Ayy seems like I am the only one NOT binging here, I usually eat something "different" on sundays though but still stay at my goal calories, just adjust macros.
Next sunday I might just get medium protein intake and then eat a **** ton of FRUITS. Hnngghhh..u mirin'?

Kinda disappointed Kai Greene's not going to be in the Olympia considering his chances of winning were at their highs.
