Say I change my diet to fruits, veggies, meat, etc and cutting out sweets would I see a weight increase? I currently eat like mac and cheese, meats, and all that junk and cant gain weight fast. So by changing my foods like muscle confusion would that work?? Just a thought because im trying to get bigger and eat better

Actually, instead of trying to cut them out, ask for seconds of them every so often. That'll help you.
Calorie-dense items like mac n' cheese are some of your best friends right now, believe it or not. You can eat your veggies, too. Some more suggestions:
- Probably the simplest suggestion: Ask for more of whatever your family cooks.
- Peanut butter sandwiches (w/ a glass of milk)
- Breakfast omelets w/ cheese + vegetables and buttered potatoes/toast
- Pizza (load it with toppings for more deliciousness)
- Burgers w/ cheese, mushrooms, any other side vegetables
- Nuts, trail mix, ice cream, even chocolate... everything can be enjoyed in moderation. It's about progress, not perfection.
I'm not an expert when it comes to most aspects of life; sometimes, I have no idea what I'm doing. The more I learn, the more I can do, and the more I can pay it forward and help others.
